Dubini electric chorea (a. Dubini) is a type of chorea that manifests itself in a sharp, tonic-clonic or even infantile disturbance of motor activity and is often accompanied by loss of consciousness. It was first described in 1929 by the Italian physician A. Dubini and is a rare disease resulting from a malfunction of the cerebellum.
