Fruen Syndrome

Fruguna is a genetic abnormality that affects the interstitium of the connective tissue, which can lead to severe diseases of the skin and cardiovascular system. Although several syndromes with Fruina's syndrome are known today, this form of the disease is the most common.

Fruen syndrome is also known as systemic calcification of the skin, a pathology that causes complete or partial hardening of the connective tissue interstitium. This leads to the appearance of numerous painful scars and purulent lesions. The main symptom of this disease is an excessive amount of new bone structures, which are gradually attached to the bone tissue due to special wound healing mechanisms. Because of them, external symptoms of the disease appear, such as loss of mobility, muscle atrophy and increasingly severe pain. In addition, due to the presence of a vascular system, it becomes possible for blood to flow to the body, its organs and parts, contributing to the occurrence of bleeding.
