Gynathresia

Gynecoatresia is a rare congenital anomaly of sexual development in girls, characterized by abnormal displacement of the genital organs towards the bladder. In this case, the urethra, ending in the urethra, is partially or completely reduced, and the bladder is fixed to the vagina or the uterus is absent. Bladder dysfunction can vary in severity. Urogenital abnormalities can lead to infection of the bladder and urinary tract. In this case, surgical treatment may be required.

Gynatresia (hysterotresia, gestreresis, ekinetresis) is a type of obstetric fetal distress related to exploratory (in other words, difficult to diagnose) pathological conditions (PPD). Gynetresis can occur under the following circumstances: - Isthmic-cervical insufficiency (ICI) - Miscarriage - Umbilical cord entanglement - Polyhydramnios or polyhydramnios - Cervical didiscosia - Narrow pelvis of the mother - Malformations of the uterus
