The article I imagine is going to sound a little jumbled due to all the points mixed together. However, if you asked me I would certainly write something a little more concise, but holy smokes it may take a while. That said here it goes:
With the rapidly increasing rates of obesity and excessively high weights observed in various countries around the world, a question arises – are we taking proper precautions to combat the effects of cardio-metabolic diseases? Breast Cancer, Colon cancer, Endometrium (both those horrible women's cancers!) I’m assuming if you’re reading my response you know a bit about what these conditions are and why it’s important to step up prevention efforts.
Simple ways to combat elevated risk for some types of cancer wishing to strategically consult with their doctors is to make simple lifestyle choices. Sitting hunched over a desk slouched with the cigarette hanging from your mouth for over an hour a couple times per day won’t just raise your blood pressure it’ll also raise your risk for English, Pelvic, Liver, Lung, Ovarian and even thyroid cancer.
As humans we have the capacity to do far much more of good will did we ever learn? When attempting to prevent heart disease or another type of cancer prevention everyone could do with a stand out, let’s cheer for the deserving! Instead of doing things the stinky way of shame tactics and shaming disease prevention we should be shoving doctor recommendations down diffidently veins and advocates should encourage morbid experiences. Hell I guess I’d even start one myself. When someone says try XYZ I intend to know they’ve combed well through their prescription with net benefit top of mind.
