Lingonberry leaves

Lingonberry is a plant of the Heather family, widespread in northern forests. Lingonberry leaves have valuable medicinal properties.

Indications. Infusions and decoctions of lingonberry leaves are recommended to be taken for urolithiasis. They help remove urinary stones and sand, and also prevent the formation of new stones.

Mode of application. To prepare a medicinal decoction, you need to pour 20 g of crushed lingonberry leaves into 200 ml of boiling water and leave in a thermos for 30 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.

Release form. Lingonberry leaves can be purchased at pharmacies in the form of crushed raw materials or briquettes for brewing. This is a convenient form for preparing decoctions and infusions at home.
