Potentiated anesthesia

Also last year, Order No. 420 (09/24/2020) of the Ministry of Health No. 638 was signed on the approval of methodological recommendations “Protocol for determining the cost of medical services using telemedicine technologies.”

This document (specifically clause 4.6) clearly states that “carrying out the following types of medical care using medications in the composition or combination of different dosages, given in section 2 of the Accounting of information in the information system for monitoring NS and PT:

- by a patient without a prior appointment by an anesthesiologist-resuscitator with a visit to the patient (use of pain relief methods, if necessary, during the manipulation process).

How does anesthesia work?

The patient is under the supervision of an anesthesiologist and undergoes all necessary diagnostic examinations to ensure that there are no contraindications to anesthesia.

Anesthesia is administered in two ways: injection or inhalation. In the first case, the doctor gives intravenous injections using painkillers and sedatives. In the second, the anesthetic is inhaled through a mask for several minutes. In both cases, the patient falls into a sleep state for several hours.

After anesthesia, the patient does not remember about it, how he slept or what happened. Therefore, after the operation he is immediately brought to his senses. After which he can be at home under the supervision of his relatives.
