The issue arose during a trial between relatives who demanded that the case be considered within the framework of the family code. But the claim was rejected due to the fact that one of the relatives applied to the court again after some time, presenting a new agreement with the same parties, after making changes. This moment was called by the court as force majeure. They provide for the consideration of a case before a decision is made on an earlier proceeding in court. Such a system is called legal escalation (Latin exs.casus, plural litis exscausatio).
