Prevention Individual

Prevention is an important measure that helps prevent diseases and maintain human health. In particular, individual prevention is a process in which a person independently takes care of his health and observes the rules of personal hygiene.

Personal hygiene is the basis of individual prevention. It includes rules for caring for the body, teeth, hair, nails and skin. Compliance with these rules helps protect the body from various infections and diseases.

In addition, individual prevention includes proper nutrition, physical activity and giving up bad habits. For example, smoking and drinking alcohol can negatively impact your health, so it is important to avoid these habits.

It is important to understand that individual prevention does not replace medical care and treatment of diseases. However, if a person takes care of his health on his own, it will help him stay healthy and avoid many health problems in the future.
