  3. Stroking with a slight shift of the skin - with two fingers of the right and left hand we perform stroking with light pressure from the center of the chin to the temples. We return it back without any pressure.
  4. Kneading – we knead from the center of the chin to the temples. First we knead the right cheek, then the left.
  5. Flat stroking with offset - with 4 fingers we carry out flat stroking with little effort, moving upward. We return down without effort. First we massage the right cheek, then the left.
  6. Tapping – with the fingers of both hands, we simultaneously tap from the center of the chin to the temples.
  7. Vibration – perform a vibration movement with the fingers of both hands, moving from the middle to the edge.
  8. Stroking – we finish the massage with light stroking along the massage lines.

The recommended course of massage against sagging cheeks is 10 procedures. Estimated execution time is 10 minutes.
