How I became allergic. Part 1. Microbial allergy.
Most people do not know that there are different types of allergies: respiratory (when allergic to dust) and enzymatic. We live with bacteria in our intestines since childhood. Fermentation agents are substances that are foreign to the body. But they integrate into the body so well that they are no longer perceived as a foreign substance. It is no longer transported through the intestinal wall and can be absorbed into the blood and cause inflammation where it should not be. I used to think that all the problems were due to my excellent mental health (whatever that means).
