Apple Milk Mask

The apple milk mask is a natural facial treatment that nourishes the skin, gives it radiance and relieves inflammation.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 medium sized apple
  2. 1 tbsp. spoon of cottage cheese
  3. 1 tbsp. spoon of oatmeal
  4. 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream

Mode of application:

  1. Grate the apple on a fine grater to make apple pulp.
  2. Mix apple pulp with cottage cheese, oatmeal and sour cream. Instead of sour cream, you can use olive oil, cream or milk.
  3. Apply the resulting mask to your face and neck in a thin layer.
  4. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Rinse off with warm water.
