Breast-feeding

Breastfeed your baby, and he won’t abandon you in old age! This is exactly what doctors say, believing that with natural feeding, not only the physical, but also the moral connection between mother and baby is maintained.

Breast milk contains many protective factors that affect the overall health of the child. For some reason, this generally accepted fact remains unnoticed, and the number of mothers who do not want to breastfeed their newborns is growing. Doctors have long been sounding the alarm about artificial feeding.

If seventy years ago almost all women (98%) breastfed their children, today this figure is only 37%. That is why our ancestors were healthy and strong, but our children are born frail and weak. Every third newborn today has some kind of disease.

With natural feeding, the child has a minuscule chance of developing hypertension, even hereditary, if the mother does not subsequently add salt to his food. Human milk contains a lot of cholesterol. But don’t rush to get scared! The child needs it for the development of the central nervous system.

Children who were not fed breast milk, in addition to numerous other diseases, are more likely to experience delays in neuropsychic development, allergic reactions and malocclusion.

For women who do not produce milk, doctors advise not to despair, but to use donor expressed milk. Concerns about whether the donor has AIDS, etc. disappear in women in labor after freezing milk, since a temperature of -18°C destroys all possible viruses in it.

At the meeting, much attention was paid to the nutrition of pregnant women themselves, which affects the condition of the fetus. Under no circumstances should you go on a diet for fear of gaining weight. Every day you need to eat a certain amount of foods containing essential microelements and vitamins.

In the first four weeks from the moment of conception, the child develops a neural tube, the development of which is greatly influenced by folic acid. Therefore, green vegetables that contain it must be eaten regularly even before pregnancy.

You should exclude coffee, alcohol, nuts and honey. We must not allow a situation where a pregnant woman, having stayed without tobacco for a couple of months, suddenly starts smoking again. This threatens the fetus with nicotine poisoning.

Breastfeeding is of great importance for the health of the child. It is necessary to educate expectant mothers about its benefits and to eat properly during pregnancy. Then their children will be born strong and healthy.
