Diagnosis Differential

In medicine, all methods of treating diseases are based on an accurate diagnosis. The very first diagnosis that a doctor makes when a patient approaches is called an indicative diagnosis. This diagnosis is as accurate as possible, but rather superficial. If the tentative diagnosis is not true and is not confirmed, then the doctor makes a revised or final diagnosis.

The tentative diagnosis must meet the following parameters: * A clear, concise and precise definition of the clinical form of the disease. * Identification of several possible individual nosological forms, since one of them, as a rule, will be correct. This can help more accurately select the necessary studies and diagnostic methods, which in turn will allow the final diagnosis to be determined as accurately as possible at later stages of the diagnostic process.
