Operating pneumothorax is the accumulation of air or other gas in the pleural cavity. This type of surgery is performed as part of a comprehensive treatment for combined (i.e., several) lung diseases. Pneumothorax, together with pneumonia, abscess or hemorrhage, excluding penetrating chest injury, is a special case of ARDS (acute respiratory respiratory failure). The causes of pneumothorax can be very different, including traumatic injuries, lung diseases, inflammatory processes in the lungs and osteopulmonary joints. Depending on the nature of this type of damage, the pneumatoresis pleural bladder can be divided into two large groups:
A. Recurrent/disseminated Pneumothorax; B. Retreating pneumothorax. This classification is based not so much on the nature or nature of the lesion as on the functioning of the respiratory muscles of the affected side. If the collapse of the lung continues, breathing may become worse and symptoms may become more severe.
