What are 8 healthy habits to form in the spring?

Spring is here again - right here! A time of warmth, prosperity and inspiration. Every spring, as well as every Monday, new month or year, we promise ourselves to start a completely new life. We want to learn Japanese and master the art of mehendi, read Les Misérables and fly abroad, learn how to cook tiramisu and plant arugula in our dacha. But we put everything off. So maybe it's time to start?

  1. Drink more water
Start each day with a large glass of clean water to replenish fluid lost overnight. Try to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.

  2. Eat more vegetables and fruits
Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

  3. Do exercises in the morning
Spend 15-20 minutes every morning doing some simple exercise. This will give you energy for the whole day.

  4. Take a walk in the fresh air
Daily walks will help saturate the body with oxygen and improve your mood.

  5. Go to bed and get up at the same time
Stick to your daily routine. Try to go to bed and get up around the same time every day to get enough sleep.

  6. Get rid of bad habits
Limit or completely eliminate alcohol, cigarettes and other bad habits.

  7. Spend time on hobbies
Find at least 30 minutes a day for your favorite hobby: reading, drawing, music, etc. This will help you relax.

  8. Chat more with friends
Don't forget to take time to communicate with friends and loved ones. This will improve your mood and strengthen relationships.

Even small positive changes in your lifestyle will help you feel a surge of strength and energy this spring!
