Aristovsky Method

The Aristov method is a method of processing and purification of biological materials used in microbiology, virology, molecular biology and immunology. It is one of the most widely used laboratory methods for separating and obtaining pure samples of nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, amino acids and other biological macromolecules.
