Cleaning vessels at home. How it's done?

Cardiovascular disease is becoming increasingly common among people of all ages. Numerous factors, such as poor diet, lifestyle, body condition and emotional stress, affect the condition of our blood. One of the main harmful factors is cholesterol, which can accumulate in our blood vessels and lead to serious diseases such as atherosclerosis, heart attack and stroke.

Cleansing blood vessels is a necessary step to maintain the health of our cardiovascular system. There are many ways to clean vessels, and many of them can be done at home. Below we will look at several simple and effective recipes that will help improve the condition of your blood vessels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The first recipe is based on the use of herbs. To prepare it, you need to mix immortelle, St. John's wort, chamomile and birch buds in equal quantities, then brew 1 tablespoon of the mixture with half a liter of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and drink half of the resulting infusion, do not eat for an hour and a half. Warm up the remaining half of the infusion the next morning and drink on an empty stomach, also do not eat for an hour and a half.

Another method of cleaning vessels is based on the use of pine needles, onion peels and rose hips. To prepare, you need to chop 5 tablespoons of pine needles, 2 tablespoons of onion peel and 3 tablespoons of rose hips. Pour the resulting mixture with water (700 ml), bring to a boil and keep on low heat for 10 minutes, then wrap the container in a thick cloth and leave overnight. Drink 1 liter of the resulting solution per day for four months.

The third recipe is based on the use of fruit. To prepare, you need to cut two oranges and two lemons into pieces, remove the seeds and grind through a meat grinder. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the resulting mass, put the paste in the refrigerator for a day. Take 2-3 teaspoons of the mixture before meals.

Finally, garlic can help make your blood vessels more flexible and elastic. To prepare garlic tincture, take 350 grams of peeled garlic, crush it, put it in a glass jar and pour 1 liter of boiling water. Close the lid and leave to brew for 24 hours. Drink 100 ml of tincture half an hour before meals, twice a day for three months.

It is important to remember that these recipes are not a panacea for all cardiovascular problems and should not replace medical treatment. Before starting any home procedures for cleaning blood vessels, you should consult a specialist. There are also many other ways that can help clear blood vessels, such as exercise, eating a healthy diet, and quitting smoking.
