Poisonous mushrooms.

Some mushrooms contain toxic substances and, if eaten, can cause serious poisoning.

Toadstool pale

Contains toxic alkaloids phalloidin and amanitin, which selectively affect the liver and kidneys. Signs of poisoning: uncontrollable vomiting, abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea, weakness, jaundice, hepatic-renal failure, coma.

Treatment:

  1. Gastric lavage, taking saline laxatives, hemosorption.
  2. Administration of lipoic acid and atropine.
  3. Replenishment of fluid volume.
  4. Treatment of hepatic-renal failure.

fly agaric

Contains muscarine, which has a neurotoxic effect. Symptoms of poisoning: vomiting, increased sweating and salivation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, shortness of breath, hallucinations.

Treatment: gastric lavage, taking atropine.

Stitches, morels

Contains gelvelic acid, which affects the blood and kidneys. Symptoms of poisoning: vomiting, abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea, hemolysis, liver and kidney damage, hemolytic jaundice.

Treatment: fluid replenishment, sodium bicarbonate intake, treatment of hepatic renal failure.
