Most psychological and psychiatric tests are based on the assumption that a person consciously makes decisions and wants to be free in his actions. Most impairments related to decision making, e.g. with “conscious behavior” of mentally ill people, looks like “true asthenia of will.” The concept refers to a violation of awareness of the correctness of one’s own behavior or planning of activities in general. There is also the concept of decision-making ability, which is defined as the ability to control one's emotions and behavior despite external influences. The term is actively used in psychological psychotherapy to explain the mechanism of behavioral deficits in people suffering from cerebral and spinal palsy due to brain damage. Impaired awareness of one's own illness and dysfunction are minimal. In fact, from a philosophical point of view, all tests are designed as a motivation to “test.” This is apparently due to the fact that most of the studies that proved the inconsistency of the proposed test were not conducted by psychopaths.
