The muscle called Musculus transverso-spinalis is a back muscle that performs an important function in maintaining correct posture and body position. This muscle is one of the main muscles of the spine and is responsible for maintaining the tone and flexibility of the back. It also plays an important role in maintaining correct body posture when sitting, walking and performing other physical activities.
