Interaction:
Calcium, magnesium and aluminum ions slow down absorption (forming poorly soluble compounds). Antacids reduce effectiveness (it is recommended to use them 2 hours before taking sodium fluoride). Vitamins A and D promote ectopic calcification.

Overdose:
Symptoms: lacrimation, hypersalivation, nausea, anorexia, bloody diarrhea and vomiting, pain in the abdomen, lower extremities and joints, constriction of the pupils, blurred vision, weakness, myasthenia gravis, tremor, convulsions, hyperthermia, increased heart rate, hypotension; Possible death.

Special instructions:
An intermittent course of treatment is recommended if arthralgia occurs during continuous drug therapy. Use in children under 6 years of age requires special monitoring. In patients with blood diseases, regular blood tests are recommended during therapy. During systemic use, it is necessary to conduct an annual X-ray examination to assess the effectiveness of therapy and decide whether to continue treatment, as well as for early detection of fluorosis. When choosing a dose of the drug, the fluoride content in drinking water should be taken into account. To achieve adequate mineralization of bone tissue, it is necessary to additionally ensure the intake of calcium and magnesium into the body. An increase in the level of alkaline phosphatase indicates the development of the effect.
