Skin Cleansing

There are three effective ways to care for your skin: cleansing, nourishing and maintaining tone. If you neglect at least one of the listed methods, there may either be no effect at all, or it will be very insignificant.

Cleaning

Cleansing is the first stage of facial skin care. You should cleanse your face in the morning and evening, but the main thing is evening cleansing. Dust and other impurities that accumulate in the pores interfere with the natural secretion of sebum, which makes it difficult for the skin to breathe and absorb vitamins and nutrients.

Regular evening cleansing will ensure a clean feeling, and in the morning you only need to lightly refresh your skin. In the morning, it is recommended to wash your face with cool boiled water and not tap water and soap. After such washing, you often feel a feeling of tightness; the skin may begin to peel, become covered with red spots, and become drier. This is the result of soap destroying natural oils.

To soften water, you can use regular soda. To do this, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 glass of water, bring to a boil and cool. To wash your face, dilute 1/4 cup of water with baking soda in 1.5 liters of water.

The simplest, most common and useful means for evening cleansing of any type of face and neck skin is vegetable oil. Any vegetable or seed oil is suitable for this procedure. Place 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a porcelain glass or jar in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Use a cotton swab lightly soaked in this oil to clean the entire surface of the facial skin. Then the oil is applied with a more moistened cotton wool. After 2-3 minutes, remove the oil with cotton wool moistened with lotion, tea, or boiled water.

To cleanse your skin more deeply, you should use the following fruit, vegetable and other masks or steaming.
