Stress in Diabetes

Stress is the true cause of many diseases. It is provoked not only by any negative influence on the body, but sometimes even by excessive positive influence. What happens under stress?
It should be noted that stress should not be understood only as psycho-emotional stress. Mobilizing its own forces, the body, in response to stress, releases various biologically active substances into the blood, putting all organs and systems in a state of “combat readiness”. Some of these substances have the opposite effect of insulin, and as a result, blood sugar levels increase.

It is clear that the frequently repeated stress of a diabetic patient will not lead to anything good. Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to get around “sharp corners”. No, this is by no means a call for a passive life position. For example, how can you look indifferently at teenagers who are breaking down the only bush that miraculously survived under your window?

If we let them get away with impunity, then for me personally it would mean a ruined mood for the whole day. And this is also stressful. Probably, Christian covenants should not always be understood as forgiveness. However, here everyone is free to decide in their own way, based on their own beliefs and real circumstances. But don’t look for a “headache” for yourself.
