Cramps are a symptom of many diseases, but most often diseases of the internal organs or the musculoskeletal system. But occupational convulsions also occur. Often such cramps occur in people who work under heavy muscular loads, such as loaders, miners and sailors.
One of the most common causes of cramps is lactic acid accumulated in the muscles during physical activity. During physical work, the amount of lactic acid begins to increase in muscle cells, which causes muscle pain and spasm throughout the body. Then the muscles cannot perform their functions and a cramp occurs; this pain stops for a few seconds and repeats again. This process can continue for quite a long time, for everyone in their own way. The person feels everything, but continues to work. Your legs may hurt in the morning. Everything is aggravated by the presence of additional symptoms - numbness, decreased sensitivity. This is already affecting the consequences of oxygen starvation. Long classes, working hours - all this leads to chronic cramps. They are accompanied by intense pain in the legs. It happens that in one day there can be ten attacks, and then a break for several days. Most often, cramps are provoked by improper distribution of load, non-compliance with work and rest schedules.
