Metaallergy

Meta-allergies are reactions caused by substances or stressors that are atypical to the immune system and that aggravate the effects of normal allergies. Unlike ordinary sensitization, a metaallergic reaction does not require strong antigens. Under normal conditions, foods usually do not cause allergies.
