Milk thistle extract (or Milk thistle) is a dietary supplement that is produced from the seeds of the milk thistle plant. The extract contains many beneficial components such as fatty oils, essential oils, chromones and mucilage. It is used to treat diseases of the liver, biliary tract, spleen, glands
