Smiling with the eyes and smiling internally have a calming and healing effect. At the same time, a smile serves as a tool for interacting with internal organs. To smile with the eyes means to send a smile to different parts of the eyes, each of which corresponds to one of the five elements. Having studied the exercises of the “third treasure”, you learned that the corners of the eyes are associated with fire, the eyelids with earth, the whites with metal, the pupils with water, and the iris with wood.
Now we will get acquainted with the techniques by which the inner smile is used in the practice of sexual kung fu. Men will learn to connect the “inner smile” with the testicles and the two “front gates” of the penis. Women learn how to establish interaction between the inner smile, the ovaries and the two “front gates” of the vagina. This practice is designed to bring about deep inner changes in you.
The gaze of your inner smile moves down and penetrates the testicles or ovaries. I have already mentioned that the eyes are the positive pole of the body. Having mastered this exercise, you will be convinced of the truth of my words. Your inner gaze is able to penetrate into the most hidden corners of the body. This vision is different from normal vision. The inner gaze involves not only vision, but also sensory experiences. With practice you will understand what we are talking about.
Smile at your testicles (ovaries). Your inner smile will then penetrate the urogenital diaphragm, the second “front gate.” In men they are located at the base of the penis, and in women they are located inside the vagina in front of the cervix. Contraction of the muscles adjacent to these “gates” prevents urination. Next, smile at the first “front gate,” located at the end of the penis or at the tip of the clitoris, at the base of the labia (see pictures on pages 30, 31). I'm going to tell you some Taoist secrets. They will help you understand what is happening at the beginning of the exercise. By smiling at the testicles or ovaries, you begin to transform sexual energy (jing qi) into spiritual energy (shen). If you can relax enough for your testicles or ovaries to “feel” your smile, you will experience pure yin energy or waves of ecstatic sexual energy (ching qi). By smiling at the second “front gate” (urogenital diaphragm), you will feel the surrounding muscles relax or experience a feeling of complete control of the genitals and perineum.
The action of smiling towards the penis or clitoris evokes different feelings. There is a good chance that you will see a white or golden color similar to the inner glow. You may experience an ecstatic state. Four to five weeks of training in sexual kung fu techniques have taught you to “seal (close) the front gate.” By now you have already realized the ability of this practice to make qualitative changes in the technique of sexual intercourse. However, it also has another, more sublime function.
On the pages of this book I talked about the correspondences between various organs. According to this system, the tip of the penis and the tip of the clitoris correspond to the pineal gland. Taoist yoga attaches paramount importance to it.
The pineal gland is located inside the brain, approximately 7.5 cm from the occipital point. It is considered part of the “crystal palace” and the abode of the spirit (shen). Just as jing (essence) is transformed into qi (vital energy), sexual energy (jing qi) can be transformed into shen (spiritual energy). Earlier I called Shen mind. However, in modern literature on Taoist yoga, the concept of “shen” is interpreted as “spirit,” our immortal self. Perfect methods of internal alchemy are based exclusively on Shen exercises, which are not included in this book because the issues involved are too complex for beginners to understand.
It is fundamentally important that sexual kung fu is a form of internal alchemy that has a positive effect on the higher functions of the brain. Therefore, the Taoist practice of sexual interaction can rightfully be considered a spiritual experience. Taoists view sex life not as primitive carnal pleasure, but as a manifestation of a higher principle. Sexual kung fu will significantly change your personal qualities, since first of all it affirms in a person his immortal essence.
The pineal gland develops internal vision, that is, the ability to sense the perception of internal organs and processes occurring in the body. Interacting with the eyes, it seems to illuminate the body from the inside and helps us see the aura around the body. I'm not here to teach you any funny tricks and I don't want to mislead you or your partner. The pages of the book reveal genuine Taoist secrets that you will not find in other treatises on gender issues.
Let's start learning the exercise without a partner. It can be performed standing, sitting or lying down. The results will depend entirely on your state of mind. I note that it is especially good to perform it at moments when a person is in an altered state of consciousness.
