Inab - grapes

Choice.
White grapes are more praiseworthy than black ones when all their qualities - strength, softness, sweetness, etc. - are the same. Grapes left to sit for two or three days after picking are better than freshly picked ones.

Nature.
Grape skins are cold, dry and slow to digest; its flesh is hot and moist, and its seeds are cold and dry.

Properties.
Freshly picked grapes swell, but when picked and left to hang until their skins turn yellow, they nourish and strengthen the body well. The nutritional properties of grapes are similar to those of figs in terms of harmlessness and high nutritional value, although the nutritional value of grapes is still less than that of figs. Ripe grapes are less harmful than unripe ones, and if the grapes are not digested, their nutrients are raw and unripe.

Grapes, as they are, are more nutritious than grape juice, but grape juice passes and goes down faster. Astringent grapes can hopefully be modified by hanging, but unripe grapes are not. And raisins are a faithful friend of the liver and stomach.

Eruption organs.
Grapes and raisins with seeds are good for pain in the intestines. Raisins are good for the kidneys and bladder, and freshly picked grapes cause movement in the stomach and bloating. All grapes are harmful to the bladder.
