Chapter 2. Baby Nutrition

Chapter 2. Child nutrition

Harmony and proportionality of body parts, in particular, the correct development of bone tissue and especially the chest, depend on nutrition during childhood.

Natural feeding

The best food for a baby is mother's milk. Mother's milk contains all the substances a child needs for growth and development, protecting him from many infectious diseases, stimulating the life processes of the child's body.

Experience accumulated in a number of countries convincingly shows that every practically healthy woman is able to feed her baby breast milk throughout his first year of life and even longer, and if you follow certain rules, you can maintain the size and shape of your breasts, avoid stretch marks and scars on the skin.

However, many mothers do not want to breastfeed their children or, due to a number of circumstances, cannot, as evidenced by disappointing statistics: the prevalence of breastfeeding in our country, especially in large cities, does not exceed 30-40%. Taking this into account, we decided to give several arguments in favor of the fact that breastfeeding is extremely necessary for a child.
