Heberden's nodes are a knot in the wrist area that occurs due to chronic stress on the ligaments and joints of the hand. This defect is formed with prolonged use of tools or household items that require the hand to be moved to one line or close to it. The most common risk factors for developing Heberden's nodes are activities that involve repetitive gestures, such as knitting, playing a musical instrument, working on a computer, or other activities that require long hours of working in one position. Also, the appearance of nodules is promoted by squeezing the fingers, as well as working with small instruments, i.e. those that are close to each other. The danger is that when a node appears
