Acid-

The word "acid" in modern speech has come to be used to refer to people prone to diarrhea and other diseases that are considered chronic. An acidic person is a person who suffers from any disease associated with a lack of substances to protect the body from various toxins. A person suffering from mineral deficiency is mistakenly called "Acid". At first, deficiency occurs due to poor nutrition, then it develops further, aggravated by eating dry food and numerous snacks. But first there are problems with stool. This occurs when the mineral balance is shifted towards loss. That is, a person consumes foods that are high in sodium and low in potassium.
