Reflection

Reflection is a process that helps a person better understand their thoughts, feelings and actions. It allows us to analyze our experiences and find new ways to solve problems.

Reflection can be either positive or negative. For example, if we analyze our mistakes and learn from them, then this is positive reflection. If we constantly criticize ourselves and do not see our achievements, then this is a negative reflection.

In order to learn to reflect, you need to be open to your thoughts and feelings. We need to be able to listen to ourselves and understand what is happening inside us. You also need to be able to analyze your actions and actions in order to understand how they affect the people around you.

These days, many people spend more and more time on self-reflection, and reflection has become an important part of our lives. Each of us can ask ourselves the question “Who am I and what do I want?” After all, at different times in our lives we need different information, and with it comes the understanding that we are not standing still. Reflection helps you understand why something was done a certain way.

What is reflection? Reflection can be called a way of thinking that allows you to see yourself and the world around you from a different perspective. It helps us understand our thoughts, feelings and actions. The reflective approach can be used in various areas of life; for example, in personal life, professional activities, travel and many others.
