Preservation of the contents of the stomach and duodenum. From the first minutes after administration, a state of paralytic inflammation is created in the gastrointestinal tract and an outflow of gastric secretions occurs, which in turn mechanically prevents dehydration of the contents of these organs. At the same time, gastric juice is not aggressive, i.e. does not cause irritation to the walls of the stomach. This mechanism creates conditions for the implementation of the early stages of the action of the time factor during canning.
