“Sealing the first gate” combined with breathing

This week you will learn to combine the different sexual kung fu exercises you learned in lessons one and two. I hope you didn't waste your time. If you have not trained, then further presentation will be of little use to you.

Despite the apparent simplicity of these exercises, it will take a lot of time and patience to learn how to perform them correctly. It will also take some time to coordinate them. That is why I present the material sequentially, step by step. The more you practice, the easier and more enjoyable the exercises become. You will experience a whole new world of sexual experiences that Westerners never imagined.

So, we return to the “sealing the first gate” exercise that we were introduced to in the first week of classes. If you have faithfully followed all my recommendations and instructions, then it is possible that you have already achieved impressive results. Depending on age and health, some people have no difficulty performing this exercise, while others have some problems. To make the task easier for the latter, I will not “drive the horses,” but I will try
explain in detail and consistently the essence of this practice. Once you experience the perfection of Taoist sexual secrets, you will never tire of admiring and enjoying them for the rest of your life.

During couples sessions (with a sexual partner), slowly “closing/sealing the first gate”, you can feel waves of energy rising up the body. I hope this will help you increase the duration of sexual intercourse and enrich your sensual pleasure with new sensations.

You'll find that the loud breathing discussed last week not only helps prolong intercourse and enhance the sexual experience, but is also an excellent breathing exercise in itself for relaxing the throat and activating the diaphragm.

When combined with loud breathing, “sealing the gate” becomes the first step towards exercises for direct transformation of mind and body. Therefore, it is important to learn to coordinate breathing and “sealing the gate.”
