An internal barrier is a psychological and/or physical regulator that, to one degree or another, limits the access of a substance or information to the body. You can call it a “barrier” or a “restriction” - the meaning will not change. But what does internal limitation mean for our body? This is exactly what I will talk about today.
The barrier can be passive or active, physical or psychological. In relation to the functions of the body, it can be obligatory or optional, beneficial or harmful. In different cases, the importance of the barrier is different: sometimes it makes it difficult for substances to penetrate, helping to maintain health
