Reflex Myostatic

Reflexes as a means and process of adaptation of the body to external stimuli have been known since the time of Hippocrates. However, in contrast to the simplest movements carried out using only muscles, there are more complex automatic functions. These reflexes speed up our responses to movements, such as turning our heads to look at the source of a sound. They include a set of activities such as clenching fists, bending your knees, tilting your head and stretching your muscles.
