Hypertrophy Working

Hypertrophy is an increase in the volume, mass or size of any part of the body, organ or other component of the body due to its thickening or proliferation. It can be physiological (inherent in the normal development of the body) or pathological (arising as a consequence of a disorder or disease).

Among the variety of types of hypertrophies, working is one of them. It is worth noting that the development of working hypertrophy can, in some cases, lead to an increase in the ability to perform work functions. But unfortunately, in most cases, the hypertrophy of a worker can lead to a deterioration in the quality of performance of work functions and increased fatigue of the worker, as well as to a deterioration in production.
