About sipping and yawning

The panting comes from excess collecting in the muscles; therefore, most of the time it occurs after sleep. When these juices multiply, goose bumps and chills occur, and if they become even more abundant, they give rise to fever.

Yawning is a type of stretching, as it occurs from stretching that takes place in the muscles of the jaw, sternum and lips. In healthy people, it happens at first for no reason. But if it becomes more frequent and happens at the wrong time, then it’s bad. Stretching and yawning are considered good when they occur before the final digestion of food to eliminate excess.

Yawning and stretching are sometimes caused by cold, thickening and little resorption of excess, and awakening from sleep before the person has had enough sleep. They eliminate excess by squeezing.

Wine diluted half with water, if there are no other obstacles to drinking, is a good remedy for yawning and stretching.
