Humulin Regular

Humulin is a preparation containing lyophilized, microfiltered and powder-purified substance “A” - a solution of crystalline insulin obtained from the beta cells of the islets of Langerhans of the human or cattle pancreas. The structure of the insulin molecule was first described in 1922. By 1889, the Norwegian scientist Gunter Gull was able to purify and obtain insulin. The first reverse requalification of insulin was carried out (1855) by the French chemist Coustel, who discovered the identity of insulin with the molecule
