Sexy Kung Fu - Yin-Yang Water Mill Rotation (Part 1) Continued

The second purpose of the “rotating the yin-yang water mill” exercise is to rejuvenate the body. Imaginary children symbolize purity, youth and rejuvenation of sexual energy (jing qi). In addition, it contains the formula for sexual balance. Inside the body, there is a balancing of the energies of yin and yang, that is, the feminine and masculine principles reflected in each of us. Establishing energetic balance is the first step on the path of internal alchemy.

In the first stages, the exercise should be performed sitting or lying down. Moreover, it can be combined with the “reverse” or “abdominal breathing” exercise.

Sexy Kung Fu - Yin-Yang Water Mill Rotation (Part 1) Continued

1. Imagine how a boy in a golden robe (or a smiling sun) appears before the inner gaze of your left eye.
2. Imagine how a girl in a silver dress (or a smiling sun) appears before the inner gaze of your right eye.
3. Create a mental image of a mirror 7.5 cm from the “third eye”. Its reflective surface is directed downwards towards the testicles or ovaries.
4. Mentally admire the beautiful children (or the smiling sun), and then look in the mirror where they are reflected in the testicles or ovaries.
Men: 5. Imagine a boy in a golden robe standing on the left testicle, and a girl in a silver dress on the right (or just imagine a smiling sun).
Women: 5. Imagine a boy in a golden robe standing on the left ovary, and a girl in a silver dress standing on the right (or just imagine a smiling sun).
Men: 6. Imagine your testicles
turned into "Water Wheels".
Women: 6. Imagine that your ovaries have turned into “water wheels”.
7. Direct the flow of energy around the eyes. Imagine or feel them “spinning.” Mentally draw your eyes into their sockets, slightly pull up your testicles or ovaries and feel them making a 360° rotation.
8. Imagine how the children begin their procession on the “water wheels”. They take steps towards the spine.
9. Imagine how the “water wheels” rotate in the opposite direction.
10. Feel the “water wheels” turning in unison with your eyes. The “rotation” of the eyes causes the rotation of the testicles or ovaries, and vice versa.
11. Perform mental “rotation” for at least 1-2 minutes.

The better you understand the meaning of the exercise, the less will be the need to support it with mental images.
When you become aware of it, there will be a feeling that your eyes are descending into the genitals. I advise you to remember this formula, because the success achieved at this level will determine the further effectiveness of your Taoist yoga classes.

You can try synchronized "rotation" of the eyes and testicles (ovaries) during sexual intercourse. If you are relaxed enough at this moment, you will be able to experience an incomparable voluptuous feeling known as a “body orgasm.”
However, you will understand my words only after experiencing this sensation in practice, since “body orgasm” cannot be compared with genital orgasm, which over time will seem primitive and wretched to you.
We will return to the above-described sexual formula next week.
