Giving up meat makes you older faster

If a woman consumes little meat products or is even a vegetarian, this negatively affects her appearance and overall health. This conclusion was made by experts from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Previously, scientists argued that meat provokes early old age, wrinkles and problems with the gastrointestinal tract. A current study by American doctors proves that everything is happening exactly the opposite, because the proteins contained in meat are irreplaceable sources of female youth and beauty.

As a rule, nutritionists for the most part do not recommend consuming red meat; they ask to replace it with poultry and fish, healthy vegetables and fruits, but Professor Roussel, who led the study, notes that there are no more optimal sources of protein than red meat and asks that pay special attention to his words.
