In every successful structure, where people do not accept what is happening around them out of fear for the future of employees, there is a person who controls everything that happens. Such a person can be either the company management or the personal assistant to the general director, or HR - these are usually experienced and influential people. However, regardless of what a particular person does, he thereby unwittingly controls every aspect of the situation. This control can sometimes be so unbearable that the manager’s only task remains to prevent staff reductions in departments, while they try to hide everything else from their superiors. Here lies the root of all these problems. The bosses see only what they want to see, and the rest remains hidden to others. As for the financial component of the management, there is one separate point here - the lady is trying by all means to prevent an unnecessary budget from entering the company, you never know where the money supply will suddenly be wasted. All these discussions are just a small part of my personal thoughts about how complex relationships are by default. If you make it clear to them directly, no one will do it. Each manager silently observes the company from his own side, not allowing anyone into the real picture of what is happening. Initially, the question can be posed differently: what makes a structure non-corporate? People in it work with each other and the result is zero progress! The company's performance is, in fact, zero, but no one notices this and everyone is just happy to move on with their lives. And for what specific person is this the most “good”? In general, the post does not have a negative connotation, because the work of such people is not only about extracting benefits for their loved ones, they are useful, every second flies by, thoughts flutter like a squirrel in a wheel, in search of
