Self-suggestion

Self-hypnosis is the purposeful influence of a person on his own psyche to achieve the desired result. Self-hypnosis is not taught specifically - it is an innate psychological mechanism for both animals and people, but with one significant difference. For animals, self-hypnosis in its pure form is not necessary, so they do not use it, but use instincts. In people, it often happens that instincts take precedence over reason and prevent them from living correctly, which is why self-hypnosis appeared, often more similar to simply manipulation in relation to oneself and other people. In other words, this quality is well known to everyone, but few can recognize and fully appreciate its strength and effectiveness. Every person is the object of self-hypnosis, most of which is fictitious and directed at himself
