Basic exercises

Move your lower jaw forward while lifting your chin slightly. Counting to five can help you relax. It even hurts a little on the neck and chin (at 7-8 repetitions). The exercise should be performed 5-15 times (increase the load gradually!)

APPLE****

This exercise works well for the upper neck and chin. It will help you get rid of a double chin and restore the shape of your face.

First phase

Raise your head and open your mouth in this position. Imagine that you want to take a bite of an apple hanging on a branch (see figure). Tighten your neck and chin muscles as hard as you can. After five seconds, relax and after three seconds, begin the exercise again. Start as with the previous exercises with five repetitions. As you master, increase the number of repetitions daily, bringing their number to fifteen times in a row.

Intensive phase

Only after mastering the exercise well, move on to the intensive phase. In this phase, tension lasts two seconds, relaxation lasts one second. The number of repetitions must be tripled.

Third phase

The third phase is long-term recovery. After ten weeks, you have already achieved the desired results and perform the exercise five times in a row three times a week with tension for five seconds, relaxation for three seconds. And during this phase, your appearance will constantly improve. Your well-being will match your appearance.

ADDITIONAL EXERCISES

HIPPOPOTAMUS***

Like the previous ones, this exercise trains the muscles of the neck and chin. In two to three weeks, the neck will become noticeably “younger.”

First phase

Lower your lower lip without lowering the corners of your mouth, clench your teeth (sort of like you say h-i-i-i-z, but you also pull your lip down). Place your fingers on both sides of your mouth without pulling the skin (see figure). Squeeze your neck muscles as hard as you can. Maintain tension for five seconds (count to five), relax your muscles, count to three and begin the exercise again. In the beginning, do the exercise five times a day. Increase the number of repetitions daily until you can perform this exercise fifteen times in a row without difficulty.

BIRD**

This exercise helps smooth out wrinkles on the neck. After two to three weeks of daily exercise, your neck will regain its former firmness and elasticity.

First phase

Sit up straight. Without turning your shoulders, slowly turn your head to the left (see Fig. 7). Tighten your neck muscles tightly, count to five, relax for three seconds and begin the exercise again. Now slowly turn your head to the right. Tighten up, relax. In the beginning, do this exercise three times a day in each direction. Increase the number of repetitions daily, up to six times in a row in each direction.

Intensive phase

At this stage, tension lasts two seconds, relaxation lasts one second. Triple the number of repetitions.

Third phase

After ten weeks, perform the exercise five times in a row three times a week in a rhythm: tension - five seconds, relaxation - three seconds.

SKEPTICAL SMILE **

This exercise trains the muscles of the neck and chin. The double chin will be significantly reduced or completely disappear. Wrinkles will be smoothed out.

Sit up straight with your chin slightly raised. Close your mouth and smile only with your upper lip. Place one hand on your neck over your collarbone. Pressing your hand firmly against your neck, slightly move the skin of your neck down (see Fig. 8). Throw your head back freely. You should feel a strong stretch in the muscles of your neck and chin. Straighten your head. Repeat the exercise 30 times.

This exercise should be performed twice a day. If you already have a large double chin, do it more often.
