Conflict-reaction

The concept of conflict is the presence of opposing interests, desires and goals. A quarrel, an argument, disagreements, contradictions are one and the same thing. The process of conflicts in modern life often proceeds unconsciously and rarely ends with reconciliation of the parties, often dragging on for a long time, turning into passive struggle or violence.

Conflict is necessarily accompanied by emotions, and they have a negative connotation. Some people do not get bloody in fights, but for many others conflicts arise out of the blue. There are even two forms of conflict: active and passive. The former can occur under the influence of stress or impulsiveness, while the latter are typical for family (spousal conflicts over everyday life), work-related and many other disagreements. It is also important to be able to behave with maximum restraint when conflict situations arise - in just a few phrases it will be possible to resolve the conflict even in the most advanced cases.

A quarrel can arise because of one negative word from a person who cannot stand communication; instead of uttering a few phrases with restraint, he is ready to compromise until he loses consciousness. In such a situation, a person confronts himself, when internal struggle makes mutual understanding between the conflicting parties impossible. There are often situations with provocative overtones - this is where a balanced decision and compliance with the rules of behavior are required.

Typical forms of conflicts and their characteristics. The intellectual sphere of conflicts is characterized by dispute, discussion, and conversation on various topics. This may include conflicts over the interests of adolescents; mutual discussions of problems between work teams. As a rule, the reason is a difference in opinions, characters and interests. The social sphere is characterized by conflicts in dialogue, clarification of relationships, and scandal. These types of conflicts are typical of the middle class. As practice shows, people adhere to formal communication and are extremely polite. However, conflicts also occur among equal social positions.
