Microcosmic Orbit (Part 3)

Tuck your chin in slightly and keep your head straight. Inhale, squeeze the muscles of the perineum, and the energy flow will flow upward to the occipital point (pineal gland).

Determine its position as shown in the figure. The line coming from the eyebrow intersects the line perpendicular to it, passing from the right ear to the left. The desired center is at the intersection of these imaginary lines. When the occipital center is open, a person is controlled by higher forces, allowing him to radiate the energy of happiness. When it is blocked, a person is overcome by doubts and illusions. There is a high probability of constant headaches and feeling like a victim or hostage of circumstances.

As you exhale, direct the energy down to the “jade pillow”; as you inhale, direct the energy up to the occipital point. Repeat the exercise several times. Flush this channel.
On the next inhalation, contract the muscles of the perineum and direct the energy down to the third eye point, corresponding to the pituitary center, located approximately 7.5 cm from the forehead. When the pituitary center is open, a feeling of wisdom appears; when it is closed, a feeling of uncertainty appears.

Microcosmic orbit

Alternately direct the energy flow from the pineal gland to the pituitary gland and back. These centers are located inside the brain. Feel how this area of the brain expands and begins to emit light. It is called the “crystal palace”.
Be sure to press your tongue against the alveoli. This place is called the “spiritual language point.” There is a “fiery point” on the hard palate. Immediately behind it, at the beginning of the soft palate at the level of the pituitary gland, there is a “water point”.

Now inhale, contract the muscles of the perineum and send the energy up to the occipital center of the pineal gland. As you exhale, direct the energy flow to the pituitary gland and then to the point on the roof of your mouth, known as the “sky pool.”
By moving your tongue across the roof of your mouth, you can determine its optimal position for energy intake. You should feel cold, warm, tingling, numbness, or any other unusual sensation.

As you inhale, direct the energy to the pituitary gland, and as you exhale, direct the energy to the point of the palate. Repeat the exercise several times. “Rinse” the channel.
Inhale, squeeze the muscles of the perineum and direct the energy upward to the occipital point. As you exhale, the energy will flow down through the pituitary point, the point of the palate, through the tongue to the throat center. The latter is located at the bottom of the throat. It is responsible for communication with other people and sleep and is considered weak and insecure.
An open throat point makes a person eloquent. When it is closed, a person is afraid of change.
Direct the energy up to the roof of your mouth and then down to your throat. “Rinse” the channel. Repeat the exercise several times. Feel the energy circulating from your throat to your tongue and back.

Inhale, squeeze the perineum, the energy will flow up the spine to the occipital point. As you exhale, it will descend, past the throat point, along the functional channel, down the throat to the point of the heart. The latter is located between the nipples in men and 2.5 cm above the sternum in women. The point controls the activity of the thymus gland. When the heart center is open, a person feels love, joy, happiness, and becomes sincere and respectful. When blocked, there is a feeling of haunting and regret.
Direct the energy up to the throat point and then down to the heart point. Flush this channel several times.
Exhale and the energy will flow down to the solar plexus. When the solar plexus point is open, a person becomes fearless. When it is closed, panicky and sad thoughts appear.

Flush this channel several times, moving the energy up and down from the heart point to the solar plexus point and back.
So, you have completed the full cycle of energy circulation along the “microcosmic orbit”.
As soon as you feel a surge of energy, the need to flush the canal will disappear on its own. In this case, you only have to use your mind to ensure the movement of vital energy (qi) along the “microcosmic orbit”.
