An important point that is a component of charging is compliance with the work and rest regime. Throughout life, the human body needs rest. Therefore, if a person has been working all day, he has to rest. Rest can be complete and beneficial for a person both from a physical and psychological point of view. Wakefulness is physiologically a state of a person when his nervous system works at a slow but calm pace. At this moment, the body gains enough strength, which is subsequently spent by the body, for example, when cleaning the apartment, washing clothes or preparing food for the family. Rest for the human body, that is, wakefulness, is in fact simply necessary. Lack of sleep causes a person to experience discomfort physically, and “headaches” - psychologically and interpersonally. But nevertheless, lack of sleep actually has an extremely negative effect not only on the physical, but also on the psychological state of a person. Lack of sleep leads to increased cortisol and, as a result, irritability. One of the most harmful consequences of lack of sleep is decreased performance the next day. Also, due to lack of sleep, in the morning you want to eat more than usual.
