The reason for fatigue is that the human body is not designed to sit constantly. And in modern conditions, the majority of the population sits from day to night. As a result, problems appear with the back (which often makes itself felt towards the end of the day), as well as with the legs. To make the task easier for your body, follow simple rules:
Set up your workplace. The level of physical fatigue directly depends on the comfort or discomfort of the workplace. It is important that where you spend most of your day, everything is properly organized. Ideally, your elbows should rest on the table without any extra effort. In this case, the computer should be at eye level. In addition, you should have a comfortable chair that you can fully lean on. The most important factor is that you should not feel tension in your back.
Take breaks. If you sit constantly, you need to take breaks from time to time. Those who smoke are the luckiest in this matter, since the need forces them to leave their workplace from time to time and walk at least a little. If you don't smoke, set reminders on your phone and take a 10-minute walk every two hours. Some offices have a practice of taking breaks for a 10-minute yoga set. This is a great idea.
Play sports. The ideal option for any person is a balance between physical and mental activity. That is, if you sit during the day, you need to do a little physical work in the evening. The best option is to train in the gym, or in any of the group programs. On other days, to relieve tension in the evening, do a 15-minute yoga routine.
Get enough sleep. Sleep is the key to good health and beauty. Remember, sleep is a woman's top priority. You should sleep 7-8 hours a night. Make a decision for yourself that no matter what, at a certain time you go to bed. Regular sleep not only improves performance and desire to live, but also affects the condition of hair and skin.
