Rice diet - try this too!

This simple and effective method of general cleansing of the body, unloading it from salts and other toxins can be found in many yoga manuals.

So, read: add two tablespoons of washed rice to four glasses or half-liter jars with water. Keep in a cool place so that the rice does not sour for four days. It is better to change the water daily.

On the 4th day, rinse rice from one glass, cook, rinse again and eat. Place a new portion of rice into this glass. The next day, eat rice from the second glass, etc. After eating rice, do not eat anything for 2 hours.

The course lasts 2 weeks, and throughout this period you should take two tablets of potassium orotate. If even the slightest discomfort from the heart is felt, then the intake is increased to 3 tablets. This is necessary to maintain potassium-sodium balance in the cells - rice removes all salts, including potassium salts.
