Fitness with a ball: an exercise for a strong back and beautiful posture

It is important to maintain balance by tensing all the muscles of the torso, while the spine should be straight and not curved. If at first you manage to maintain balance only at a small amplitude, do not despair; gradually increase the duration of the exercise.

This exercise perfectly trains all the back muscles, forming excellent posture, and working out the deep muscles by balancing on the ball will allow you to maintain the correct body position for a long time. In addition to strengthening your back muscles, doing this exercise will also improve your coordination and balance.
